General terms and conditions e-tickets

Applicability

1. These ticket conditions apply to all purchases (orders) of e-tickets. In cases not provided for in the ticket conditions, Children's amusement park Julianatoren will decide.
2. By entering the park, the visitor agrees to the park rules. These park rules can be read at julianatoren.com/info/park-regulations.

E-tickets

1. Children's amusement park Julianatoren provides e-tickets with a unique barcode generated at random in combination with a unique serial number. The e-tickets are immediately sent digitally to the specified e-mail address after payment.
2. An e-ticket;
   - gives one person a one-time right of access to Children's amusement park Julianatoren, excluding any theater performances inside the Jul & Jul Theater for which you must book and pay separately,
   - has a limited validity and has a validity date or period,
   - is activated upon entry
   - and when leaving Children's amusement park Julianatoren, the e-ticket loses its validity as well as the unused parts of a possible package.
3. Due to corona, a reservation must be made on our website after purchasing a ticket with a validity period (without date).
4. The buyer must print the e-tickets himself or show them digitally and take them to Children's amusement park Julianatoren.
5. The e-ticket is checked at the entrance of the park. After the check at the entrance, the e-ticket loses its value.
6. The barcodes on the e-tickets must not be folded or damaged. In case of damage, access to Children's amusement park Julianatoren may be refused.
7. E-tickets cannot be used in combination with other promotions and / or discount campaigns and are not exchangeable for cash and / or other services of Children's amusement park Julianatoren.
8. Children's amusement park Julianatoren is not liable if tickets have come into possession outside the regular sales channels.
9. It is not permitted to (re) sell (already used) entrance tickets. In case of suspicion of resale, Children's amusement park Julianatoren can decide to invalidate the e-tickets.
10. If the validity date or period of e-tickets has expired, it is not possible to extend or modify them and there is no right to a refund.

Establishment of the agreement

1. Children's amusement park Julianatoren reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order without giving any reason. The buyer will be informed of this by e-mail.
2. The buyer is responsible for making the right choice of e-tickets, in terms of type and numbers, and must do this before making a purchase. The buyer is responsible for the correct indication of the data necessary to facilitate payment processing through the options offered on the website. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may lead to the e-tickets not being sent.

Prices and payment

1. The prices shown are net prices and therefore include VAT. No other costs are charged or added.
2. E-tickets can only be purchased using the payment methods shown on the website.
3. If a payment is refused, Children's amusement park Julianatoren is not a party to this.
4. If an initially accepted payment nevertheless turns out to be reversed (canceled by the organization of the chosen payment method), Children's Amusement Park Julianatoren can still decide to invalidate and cancel the e-ticket (s).
5. Children's amusement park Julianatoren has limited the number of e-tickets that can be ordered using credit cards to ten. If more e-tickets are desired than the maximum allowed, please contact Julianatoren Children's Amusement Park.

Delivery

1. Children's amusement park Julianatoren will take care of the sending of the ordered e-tickets by e-mail. Delivery time when paying with iDEAL or credit card is normally within 30 minutes, with one-off authorization this is normally within 2-3 working days.

Liability

1. Children's amusement park Julianatoren is not liable if the e-mail address entered by the buyer is incorrect, or if the buyer's e-mail account is not working correctly.
2. In the event of technical malfunctions of any nature whatsoever, as a result of which the payments cannot be processed and / or authorized, or cannot be processed correctly or on time, Kinderpark Julianatoren cannot be held liable in any way.

Right of withdrawal

1. The legal reflection period of 14 days according to the "Distance Selling Act" applies to the purchase of e-tickets without a date (with a validity period) if the e-tickets without a date are still valid at the time of cancellation. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the buyer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to e-tickets purchased for use on a single fixed date.

Force of the majority

1. Children's amusemnt park Julianatoren reserves the right to close the park due to unforeseen circumstances (for example the current Corona virus). If the guest is already in possession of a valid e-ticket, the arrangement applies that the e-tickets can be converted to another date. Children's amusement park Julianatoren accepts no liability for the travel costs incurred.

Other

1. In connection with the safety of our guests, Children's amusement park Julianatoren reserves the right to close its doors when there are large numbers of visitors, this also applies to season ticket holders. If the guest is already in possession of a valid entrance ticket for that day, the arrangement applies that the entrance tickets can be converted to another date, in the same season year. Children's amusement park Julianatoren accepts no liability for the travel costs incurred.
