FAQ School trip
Can I change my school trip reservation?
You can move the reservation free of charge or cancel it one week in advance free of charge. Send an e-mail to info@julianatoren.nl.
Is the amusement park safe for children?
Safety is our number one priority! All of our rides are TÜV inspected and certified, and inspected by the Dutch authority of food and goods. It’s impossible for the pupils to leave the park without supervisors, and if they do want to leave, we will notify you and keep them waiting at the entrance.
Which days are available for school trips?
You’re welcome every weekday, except during school holidays and on public holidays. However, we ask that you reserve the school excursion in advance so that we are prepared for the visit.
Which organisations can use the school trip tariffs?
Elementary schools, school care, kindergartens, and day cares.
Online reservation and payment terms?
You can book the school trip safely and quickly online. Immediately after payment you will receive the reservation confirmation with invoice. You will receive the ticket(s) shortly before the school trip starts.
The consumption vouchers for a drink and coffee or tea, any vouchers for a complete package and the return tickets are available for the contact person at our main checkout on the day of the school trip.
If the number of people on the day of the school trip deviates from the number specified in the online reservation, this will be settled at the main checkout.
Are there other ways to place a reservation?
It is also possible to book your school trip by e-mail and pay on arrival. The total amount of the school trip can be paid at the main cash register upon arrival by pin or cash. The consumption vouchers for a drink and coffee or tea, any vouchers for a complete package and the return tickets are available for the contact person at our main checkout.
Where can I find your first aid station or broadcast a message?
If you need to broadcast a message, or need first aid, you can come to the cotton candy house opposite to the entrance of the tower.
Where can we store our bags and jackets?
In the back of the park, in the picnic forest we have storage boxes, you can use one of the storage boxes free of charge. It’s not possible to reserve a box, or lock it.
Do you have lockers?
Lockers are available for safe storage of personal items or valuables. You can find the lockers at the toilets beneath the restaurant. The costs for use are € 2 per use. Children's amusement park Julianatoren is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of your belongings.
Attention: The lockers cannot be opened and closed indefinitely. It will require € 2 to lock it again after you have opened it. If you lose the key, we charge € 5 for a replacement key.
Is it allowed to bring our own lunch or organise a picnic?
If you want to organise your own picnic or bring your own lunch you can use the picnic benches in the picnic forest in the back of the park. It’s not possible to reserve the benches and please clear everything off them after use for other groups.
How can I pay if I choose to pay on the day of the school trip?
At the ticket office you can pay in cash or via debit or credit card. Tickets and vouchers will be ready for you at the ticket office. It’s also possible to order vouchers for extra drinks, and or lunch.
